Von Kirk Enterprises is an idea stage funding and business consulting firm established in the Spring of 2006 by partners John VonLunen and Corey Kirkwood to consolidate their e-commerce development and early stage investing activities.

Since its inception, the co-founders have evaluated numerous start-up companies and have provided funding or consulting services to several ventures. In addition, the co-founders successfully launched their own venture consisting of a portfolio of niche e-commerce websites, several of which were recently acquired.

New Venture Update

We are very pleased to announce that Vault Street, one of the companies that we have supported, has launched its Beta version as of February 1st, 2008. The company has developed a unique approach to Paperless Financial Record-Keeping that we believe will find a following, and we are excited to watch this web-based service become available to the general public in the near future.

Projects

Digital Media Stream is the web development side of Von Kirk Enterprises and currently has several websites under development; including National Outdoors, Yoga Pilates Gear , How to Clips, Etour Clips, Useful Video Clips , Home Media Link , and ePharmacy News.

On the investing side, Von Kirk Enterprises holds an equity position in several start-up ventures, including 1-800 Pharmacy, Sprout Labs, and Vault Street.

Von Kirk Enterprises is currently providing business consulting services to: Utah Ski Vacation Packages , Fairway Auto Sales , and 1-800 Pharmacy, Inc .
